In 2023, we were extremely proud and humbled to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It’s a fantastic milestone which demonstrates the trust that the good people of the East Midlands have placed in us over the years. But how did we get here? Let us take you on a potted history of KLG Rutland…

To put your mind even further at ease, let us take you through our full service process from order to installation. We’re keen to ensure you’re fully confident in us and the products we are going to supply for you, and that’s why we have a set process outlined to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. At every step, your needs are our first priority.
Step 1: Your order will be taken to our administration centre at The Mill. Queens Road East, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2FD. Tel.0115 9221155.
Step 2: Next our surveyor will call by appointment. They will take precise measurements and confirm your exact requirements.
Step 3: Your order will then be processed for manufacture by Archer Systems at our state of the art production facility in Beeston, Nottingham.
Step 4: We will then contact you to arrange fitting. Once we have agreed a date, our own team of fitters, qualified and registered under the Competent Person Scheme will arrive at your home and begin the installation.
Step 5: We ask that you move any items away from the work areas, our fitters will assist you with any heavy items.
Step 6:We work methodically and carefully until the work is completed. Removing all building materials cleaning away all rubbish. On completion, we ask for payment to be made to our fitters.
Step 7: Once payment is made we forward our 10-year warranty. We also forward full DGCOS insurance backed warranties inclusive of a free ombudsman cover. We then leave you to enjoy your new products.
Step 8: Should you need us again in the future we have a dedicated service department located on 0115 9221155.
Having our on-site manufacturing facilities allows us to adapt your ideas and your needs with in-house experts, ensuring you get exactly what you require. Every home is different so need different requirements, and that’s where our experienced fully-trained surveyors and designers come in.
