At KLG Rutland, we’re completely confident that all our uPVC products represent the highest quality at any given price.

Other products might appear similar at first glance. But a closer look will invariably reveal that they don’t actually offer the same benefits that you can rely on with KLG Rutland. For example the energy efficiency rating might be lower, or the quality of safety and security features inferior.

Indeed, we’re so confident of our quality and value that we’re happy to put our money where our mouth is… by announcing a cast iron (or uPVC at least!) price-match promise:

If you can find a direct equivalent uPVC product that costs less from another company, we guarantee to reduce our price to match it.

KLG Rutland always strives to give you the reassurance of getting the very best value for money available on the market, whatever the product you buy from us.

It works like this…

If ever we give you a quote that you accept and, within 7 days, you find a ‘like-for-like’ uPVC product cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we’ll match that price. We’ll do this for any and all of our uPVC windows, conservatories and doors.

To claim against this promise, you must:

• Address a letter (or an email) to Managing Director KLG Rutland, Queens Road East, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2FD, including photocopies or scans of the competing offer and the claimed specification of the competing product.
• We must receive your claim within 7 days of you signing your contract with KLG Rutland (if this deadline is running out and you haven’t had an acknowledgement from us, please ring to check that your claim hasn’t gone astray!)
• We will then compare the competing product to confirm that it does indeed match ours on a ‘like for like’ basis. If it does, we will gladly match its price and adjust your contract with us accordingly
• We can only accept one claim per customer per contract.
