We handle the whole process from design and order through to manufacture at our Beeston factory and delivery by our team ready for install. Our team will arrange the perfect time for your installation and work to all health and safety regulations.
We are based at our HQ in Beeston, but also have a showroom in Ilkeston in order to spread our reach as far into the East Midlands as we can. Our Beeston showroom is located on Queens Road: the main road through Beeston between Nottingham and Long Eaton. For our customers living in Nottingham and other locations to the east and south, the Beeston showroom is likely to be closest to you. It can also be reached via public transport, with easy access via bus and tram.
For our customers in Derby and more northern or westerly towns, our Ilkeston showroom is likely to be closer. Located on Ilkeston Road, the showroom can be reached easily from the M1 to the north and south, or the A6096 eastbound from Derby.

KLG Rutland can install approximately 5 windows per day depending on the size and complexity.
Half a day per composited door, french and patio doors may take longer depending on size and access.
Approximately 6 weeks from the start of the building work to a stage where floor tiling can begin (seasonal variations to bases drying out).
KLG Rutland employees and time served contractors will carry out your installation.
Depending on the contract value a deposit may be taken, then the balance or satisfaction note for the finance provider will be paid at the and once you are happy with your products and we have fulfilled our contractual obligations. This is normally on the last day of installation.
As a general rule probably not, changing of window boards may require some touching up and normally a sash box removal will require decoration. In all cases the walls are made good for this to only be a question of new paint or paper.
Normally installation will take place 6-8 weeks from the technical survey.
We will normally use a skip to remove excess groundworks and rubble from the site. The skip will usually be placed on your drive, lawn, paved area or on the road having sought a permit from the local authority. Please arrange with your builder, fitter or surveyor if you have a desired place for the skip.

We will make suitable efforts to locate the matching brick to your property, although sometimes this is not possible. Where we cannot match your existing brick, we will offer two or three alternatives. Please be aware that even when a match brick type is used, differences will occur because of changes from batch manufacture and the weathering process of your existing brickwork.
