Fundraising… on a plate! That was the scene one Monday in March as we transformed our Queen’s Road showroom into an (extremely stylish) pop-up cafe to cook and serve Big Breakfasts in aid of Cancer Research.
No amount of KLG Rutland double-glazed windows and doors could keep out the amazing smell of sizzling sausages, bacon and mushrooms as we cruised towards our £100 target. Because, naturally, we left them wide open to let the irresistible aroma do its fantastic work!
Arm-twisting for a great cause was never so easy and, in no time flat, that target had been completely blown away by around 75 hungry visitors’ appetites and amazing generosity. We ended up raising a fantastic £558.
We’d like to say a Big Thank-you to everyone who contributed at our Big Breakfast event. And remind you that our door is always open for the very best in contemporary glazing for home improvement.
We can’t promise you breakfast, but coffee is usually on the menu… along with a sizzling selection of superb doors, windows and conservatories!
